Refund & Return Policy

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking.

To qualify, products must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact, and must show no sign of tampering.

Before sending anything back, contact us at info@vyberesearch.com or 1-844-800-VYBE with your order number. If the return is approved we will send you a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping, and provide a prepaid return label where a return is needed. You don't need to send back an incorrect item until you receive that label.

Opened, unsealed, or used products; products damaged after delivery or improperly stored; returns received after the 7-day window or without an RMA number; and items marked final sale.

Because these are research materials, opened products cannot be resold and are not refundable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns from orders over $500.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to post them.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at info@vyberesearch.com or 1-844-800-VYBE. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process above.

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, or the address provided was incorrect, the refund excludes shipping costs.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original product under this policy and place a new order.
