Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates: Standard: $15 (2–5 business days). The options for your state are shown at checkout.

Orders confirmed by 2 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Orders ship sealed in discreet packaging. Each vial is labeled with its product name and strength, plus a lot number where assigned.

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vyberesearch.com or 1-844-800-VYBE. See our Refund & Return Policy for how damaged or incorrect items are handled.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned because of an incorrect address are not refunded for shipping.
